SPRING SHOW AND COMPETITION

The cancellation of the Spring Show is disappointing but following our successful photographic daffodil competition in 2020, we are being more ambitious in 2021. 

Our Show Secretary has  eight classes for you to enter and he will judge your entries. 

All you do is take a photograph and email it to annshore@waitrose.com by 22nd April 2021. 

You may submit one entry per class but please submit each entry separately.

• Class 1 Narcissi any division, 3 stems,1 vase
• Class 2 Narcissi "A" 3 stems,1 vase from bulbs provided by BHS
• Class 3 Narcissi "B" 3 stems,1 vase from bulbs provided by BHS

(Narcissi photographs to be taken looking directly at the corona, trumpet or inner flower)

• Class 4 Hellebores, 6 blooms, on a board not to exceed 306mm (12ins)

(Photo to be taken from above with a tape measure or £1 coin, in the frame)

• Class 5 A pot grown plant in flower, any size pot

(Photo so that the top and a face are showing, with a tape measure or coin in the frame)

• Class 6 "Small is Beautiful", a floral arrangement F.P.M. in a container, overall measurement not to exceed 256mm (10in)

• Class 7 A picture of flowers and/or shrubs in your garden to be judged from a photographic perspective

• Class 8 For Juniors - an item of fun or craftwork.
